''The Jason Ellis Show'' was a radio show on Sirius XM hosted by Australian radio personality, skateboarder, and mixed martial artist Jason Ellis that aired from May 2005 to November 2020. It aired on the uncensored channels Faction Talk and Internet Radio Nonstop xL 791. The show premiered on May 4, 2005. It was largely unscripted and involved Ellis speaking his opinion on current events, relationship issues, life advice, Hollywood and national news, and sports such as mixed martial arts, Motocross, and auto racing. Jason Shane Ellis (born 11 October 1971) is an Australian radio personality who is best known as the host of ''The Jason Ellis Show'' on Sirius XM satellite radio, which aired from 2005 to 2020. Ellis is also a former professional skateboarder, auto racer, and singer. Athletics and sports Professional skateboarding Ellis moved to the US when he was 17 to embark on a professional skateboarding career, which began in 1985. He retired from the sport in 2006. In 2001, Ellis set a Guinness World Record for the biggest drop on a skateboard, jumping into a 70-foot skateboard ramp. The record was broken by Danny Way in 2006. Stereophonic sound, or more commonly stereo, is a method of sound reproduction that recreates a multi-directional, 3-dimensional audible perspective. A shock jock is a radio broadcaster or DJ who entertains listeners and attracts attention using humor and/or melodramatic exaggeration that may offend some portion of the listening audience.
