Hans Hut
Hans Hut (c. 14906 December 1527) was a very active Anabaptist in southern Germany and Austria. Life Hut was born in Haina near Römhild, South Thuringia, and became a travelling bookseller. Hut was for some years sacristan in Bibra to the knight Hans von Bibra (the brother of Bishop Lorenz von Bibra). He early came under the influence of Thomas Müntzer and, refusing to have his child baptized, was driven from the community in 1524. He took part in the decisive battle of Thuringia during the German Peasants' War on 15 May 1525 at Bad Frankenhausen. About a week later at Bibra, Hut preached "subjects should murder all the authorities, for the opportune time has arrived." In his later years Hut distanced himself from Müntzer, saying that he (himself) "had clearly erred" and that he "had not understood him (Müntzer)." Hard Upper Torso
A Hard Upper Torso Assembly, or HUT, is a central component of several space suits, notably Roscosmos' Orlan space suit, Orlan and NASA's Extravehicular Mobility Unit (EMU). The fiberglass HUT forms a rigid enclosure about the upper body of the occupant, providing pressure containment for this part of the body. The HUT incorporates structural attachment points for the arms, Lower Torso Assembly (LTA), helmet, chest-mounted Display and Controls Module (DCM), and Primary Life Support System, Primary Life Support Subsystem (PLSS) backpack. The original HUT design for the EMU, first used in 1980, included bellowed shoulder bearings, which allowed for variation in the angle of the shoulder bearings. This allowed for one configuration to ease donning of the suit, and a different configuration to allow maximum mobility during Extravehicular activity, EVA. Hutton Cranswick railway station serves the village of Hutton Cranswick in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. It is located on the Yorkshire Coast Line, north of Hull and is operated by Northern (train operating company), Northern who provide all passenger train services. The station has retained its main buildings, though they are now in residential use. It is unmanned, but a recent addition is an electronic ticket machine on the Southbound platform, where passengers can purchase or collect tickets. Hutchinson Municipal Airport is a city-owned public airport three miles east of Hutchinson, in Reno County, Kansas, United States. Facilities and aircraft Hutchinson Municipal Airport covers at an elevation of 1,543 feet (470 m) above mean sea level. It has three asphalt runways: 13/31 is 7,004 by 100 feet (2,135 x 30 m); 4/22 is 6,000 by 100 feet (1,829 x 30 m); and 17/35 is 4,252 by 75 feet (1,296 x 23 m). In 2010 the airport had 40,850 aircraft operations, average 120 per day: 88% general aviation, 7% military and 5% air taxi, 33 aircraft were then based at this airport: 71% single-engine, 21% multi-engine, 5% jet and 3% helicopter. Hopkins Ultraviolet Telescope
The Hopkins Ultraviolet Telescope (HUT) was a space telescope designed to make spectroscopic observations in the far-ultraviolet region of the electromagnetic spectrum. It was flown into orbit on the Space Shuttle and operated from the Shuttle's payload bay on two occasions: in December 1990, as part of Shuttle mission STS-35, and in March 1995, as part of mission STS-67. HUT was designed and built by a team based at Johns Hopkins University, led by Arthur Davidsen. The telescope consisted of a 90 cm main mirror used to focus ultraviolet light onto a spectrograph situated at the prime focus. This instrument had a spectroscopic range of 82.5 to 185 nms, and a spectral resolution of about 0.3 nm. It weighed 789 kilograms (1736 pounds).
