Inheritance is the practice of receiving private property, titles, debts, entitlements, privileges, rights, and obligations upon the death of an individual. The rules of inheritance differ among societies and have changed over time. Officially bequeathing private property and/or debts can be performed by a testator via will, as attested by a notary or by other lawful means. ''The Heir Chronicles'' is a young adult fantasy series that was written by Cinda Williams Chima and published through Disney Hyperion. The first book, ''The Warrior Heir'', was published on April 2, 2006 and was named one of YALSA's "Popular Paperbacks for Young Adults" for 2008. Synopsis The series begins with Jack, a teenager growing up in the small Ohio town of Trinity. His life seems largely uneventful until the day he neglects to take his daily medication. Jack is surprised to find that there are several benefits to not taking his medication (to be later known as Weirsbane), such as super strength and confidence. He decides to take advantage of this and try out for the soccer team, but almost kills a peer in the process. Robert James Heir (10 February 1832 – 27 February 1868) was an actor in Australia, best known as the first husband of the great actress Fanny Cathcart. Victoria Mary, Lady Nicolson, CH (née Sackville-West; 9 March 1892 – 2 June 1962), usually known as Vita Sackville-West, was an English author and garden designer.
