The Grudge 3
''The Grudge 3'' is a 2009 American supernatural horror film and the third and final installment in ''The Grudge'' original trilogy. Toby Wilkins, who had previously directed the successful film ''Splinter'' and the short film series '' Tales from the Grudge'', took Takashi Shimizu's place as director who later served as executive producer, while Brad Keene replaced Stephen Susco as screenwriter. The film stars Johanna Braddy, Gil McKinney, Emi Ikehata, Jadie Rose Robson, Beau Mirchoff and Shawnee Smith, with a special appearance by Matthew Knight (from ''The Grudge 2''). Aiko Horiuchi and Shimba Tsuchiya plays Kayako and Toshio in the film, with Takashi Matsuyama only reappearing as Takeo Saeki via archive footage. Unlike the previous American films that were both rated PG-13, ''The Grudge 3'' was given an R rating because of its graphic bloody violence, gore and language. Stephen Susco is an American screenwriter, producer, and director. He is best known for writing horror films such as ''The Grudge'', ''The Grudge 2'', and ''Texas Chainsaw 3D''. His directorial debut film, '' Unfriended: Dark Web'', had its premiere at SXSW on March 9, 2018. Early life and education Susco graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1995 and from USC School of Cinematic Arts in 1999. Career Susco appears as a character in Jonathan Maberry's ''Ghost Road Blues'' trilogy, alongside Ken Foree, Jim O'Rear, Tom Savini, and Debbie Rochon. Takako Fuji
is a Japanese actress, voice actress, and dancer from Tokyo, Japan. She is best known for her performances as Kayako Saeki in the '' Ju-On'' and '' Grudge'' franchises. Biography A native of Tokyo, Fuji studied acting at the Aoyama Gakuin University, and subsequently joined the Ein Theatrical Company. Her work was usually on-stage or in voice-over studios, but occasionally she would also appear in films. is a fictional character appearing in the '' Ju-on'' film franchise and the husband of Kayako Saeki.
