The Green Book (album)
''The Green Book'' is the third studio album by American hip-hop duo Twiztid, released on July 1, 2003. Background In 2003 Twiztid left Psychopathic Records and created Majik Recordz. After the label went under Twiztid returned to Psychopathic Records seamlessly, almost like they never left. Upon returning they recorded "The Green Book". The album was an instant hit with Juggalos, charting at 52 on the Billboard 200. The album features artists: Shaggy 2 Dope, E-40, Esham, Tech N9ne, Violent J, Layzie Bone, Blaze Ya Dead Homie, Anybody Killa and Bushwick Bill. The album was produced by: The Soundsquad, Fritz "The Cat" Van Kosky, Monoxide Child, Mike E. Clark, Legz Diamond (on guitar), Marco Brushstein (on guitar), and Lil Pig (on drums). Release The album was rereleased by Majik Ninja Entertainment on August 19, 2016. It was released on CD, Cassette, and Vinyl with a version only found on the Twiztid-Store. Twiztid
Twiztid is an American hip hop duo from Detroit, Michigan, known for both their horror-themed lyrics and rock influenced sound. Formed in 1997, Twiztid is composed of rappers Jamie "Madrox" Spaniolo and Paul "Monoxide" Methric. Spaniolo and Methric are also members of the group House of Krazees with Bryan "The R.O.C." Jones, which formed in 1992. Twiztid released their debut album, ''Mostasteless'', in 1998. Since then, they have released 16 full-length studio albums, 14 extended plays, 17 compilation albums, two mixtapes, and numerous singles. Everlast (rapper)
Erik Francis Schrody (born August 18, 1969), known by his stage name Everlast, is an American musician, singer, rapper, and songwriter, who was the frontman for hip hop group House of Pain. He was also part of the hip hop supergroup La Coka Nostra, which consists of members of House of Pain and other rappers. In 2000, he received a Grammy Award for Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal with Latin rock band Santana for "Put Your Lights On". James Arthur Madrox, also called the Multiple Man, is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Richard William Stephen Shaw (December 8, 1966 – June 9, 2019), better known by his stage name Bushwick Bill, was a Jamaican-American rapper. He was a member of the Texas hip hop group Geto Boys, a group he originally joined as a breakdancer in 1986 as Little Billy. James Lowery (born June 26, 1974), also known as Anybody Killa, or ABK, is an American rapper from Detroit, Michigan, United States, whose stage persona is that of a Native American warrior. Steven Howse (born September 23, 1974), known professionally as Layzie Bone, is a rapper known primarily for being a member of the group Bone Thugs-n-Harmony. He has also gone by the names L-Burna and The #1 Assassin. He is the younger brother of fellow group member Flesh-N-Bone and cousin of group member Wish Bone. Aaron Dontez Yates (born November 8, 1971), better known by his stage name Tech N9ne (pronounced "tech nine"), is an American rapper. In 1999, he and business partner Travis O'Guin founded the record label Strange Music. He has sold over two million albums and has had his music featured in film, television, and video games. Paul Robert Methric (born July 14, 1973) is an American rapper and producer from Detroit, Michigan, also known as Monoxide of the rap group Twiztid. Early life Paul Methric began rapping as a teenager while he was in high school and listened to Bon Jovi for inspiration of lyrics he said. In school, Methric and friend Jamie Spaniolo would freestyle with other kids, though the two felt they were never great at promptly coming up with rhymes. Both recall going to school with late-rapper Proof and seeing him freestyle, describing him as "the mecca of freestyling".
