Ghost Train
In ghostlore, a ghost train is a phantom vehicle in the form of a locomotive or train. The ghost train differs from other traditional forms of haunting in that rather than being a static location where ghosts are claimed to be present, "the apparition is the entire train". Despite the obvious fact that 'sightings' are usually one time occurrences from unreliable or unofficial sources, the stories told have offered both entertainment and unease throughout the years, though really, are nothing more than tall tales. Geographical distribution Ghost trains are reported in many different parts of the world where trains have at some point been prevalent forms of transportation. Accounts of ghost trains have been reported in Canada,Ron Brown, ''Rails Across the Prairies: The Railway Heritage of Canada's Prairie Provinces'' (2012), p. 142. Japan, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and in many states of the United States. Japan: Tanuki versus steam trains In Japan, the or is a folk tale of a ...

He described his own experience with his first choral rehearsal as a turning point in his life, saying, "In my entire life I had seen in black and white, and suddenly everything was in shocking Technicolor. It was the most transformative experience I've ever had—in that single moment, hearing dissonance and harmony, and people singing...". Though he was unable ...

The Hot Club Of Cowtown
The Hot Club of Cowtown is an American Western swing trio that formed in 1997. History The band's name comes from two sources: "Hot Club" from the hot jazz guitarist Django Reinhardt and violinist Stephane Grappelli's Quintette du Hot Club de France, and "Cowtown" from the western influence of Bob Wills and His Texas Playboys and other early Western swing combos, as well as the band's love of fiddle tunes, hoedowns, and songs of the American west. Whit Smith (from Cape Cod, Massachusetts) and Elana James (from Prairie Village, Kansas) met through an ad in the classified music section of ''The Village Voice'' in 1994. They played together in New York City before moving to San Diego in 1997, where they spent a year playing for tips and building up their repertoire. In 1998 they moved to Austin, Texas and two years later added Jake Erwin (from Tulsa, Oklahoma) on bass. The band split briefly in 2005, though they reunited for occasional shows in 2005–07, including the Fuji Roc ...

''Ghost Train'' is a children's television programme broadcast on ITV, from 1 April 1989 to 24 August 1991. Storyline The series concept involved presenter Frances Dodge inheriting a ghost train from her grandmother. With the help of fellow presenters Paul J Medford and Sabra Williams, she sneaks the train from the grasp of the evil ''Barry Mafia'' (Joe Hall) and makes her escape. Inside is a startled ''Gerard'' (Angelo Abela), the aliens' favourite broadcaster, and a camp sounding talking sheep, named Nobby (a puppet operated and voiced by Simon Buckley). However ''Barry Mafia'' is after them, aided by the Mafiaettes. At the end of series two, Barry finally regained control of the Train, but wo ...
