The Gamblers (1970 Film)
''The Gamblers'' is a 1970 American drama film directed by Ron Winston and starring Suzy Kendall, Don Gordon and Pierre Olaf. Its plot involves a confidence trickster who goes for a trip of a luxury cruise liner, where he is himself conned out of his money. It is loosely based on Fyodor Dostoyevsky's 1866 novel '' The Gambler''. Its alternative title was ''Kockari''. Relja Bašić
Relja Bašić (14 February 1930 – 7 April 2017) was a Croatian actor. With a career that lasted more than half a century, he is considered one of the most prolific performers of that country. Biography Bašić was born on 14 February 1930 in Zagreb, at the time of Kingdom of Yugoslavia. He was born to a Jewish mother Elly (née Lerch) Bašić. Bašić was raised by his mother and stepfather Mladen Bašić. He first appeared on screen in 1954 classic film ''Koncert''. Through the decades, he played many different roles in many different films, often in international co-productions. He never became a star, but remained one of the most recognisable and dependable character actors. Anthony Chinn
Anthony Chinn (1930 – 22 October 2000) was a Guyanese actor based in England who appeared in over 50 films and television series throughout a career which spanned more than four decades. Career and death Chinn was born in Georgetown, Guyana. He made his film début in the United Kingdom in 1957. He moved to London in 1961 and for the next several years appeared in British TV series such as '' The Avengers'', ''Danger Man'', ''The Protectors'' and ''Steptoe and Son'', as well as two episodes of Gerry Anderson's UFO.
