The European Azerbaijan Society was an NGO founded in 2008 which was known for promoting the business and culture of Azerbaijan, together with increasing knowledge of the humanitarian issues emanating from the Karabakh issue, across Europe. Initially, the society had two directors – Nijat Heydarov and Tale Heydarov. They were in this position from 2008 until May 2013. Tale Heydarov
Tale Heydarov (Azerbaijani: Tale Heydərov; born 9 February 1985) is an Azerbaijani businessman and investor in the educational sector. Early life and education Tale attended Collingham College, London, from 2001–2003, and read for a BSc International Relations and History at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2003–2006. He achieved a Master’s degree in International Security and Global Governance from Birkbeck, University of London, in 2008. Career Dedicated to education, Heydarov is currently Founder and Chairman of the European Azerbaijan School (EAS), a private co-educational day-school applying the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme, Cambridge International Examinations and the IB Diploma Programme. Kamaladdin Heydarov
Kamaladdin Heydarov Fattah oglu ( az, Kəmaləddin Heydərov Fəttah oğlu; born 15 July 1961) is an Azerbaijani politician, businessperson and composer serving as the Minister of Emergency Situations. He has close ties to the ruling Aliyev family in Azerbaijan. BBC News described Heydarov as among "the wealthiest and most powerful in the governing elite" in Azerbaijan. Early life Heydarov was born on 15 July 1961 in Nakhchivan City, Azerbaijan. He has graduated from Baku State University with a degree in Geography. In 1992, he left Azerbaijan for Uzbekistan and opened several business firms. Heydarov is also a composer with some of his songs becoming hits in Azerbaijan. His compositions are produced under the name ''Kamal''. His latest album is called ''Sənə güvəndiyim dağlar'' ( az, The mountains to lean on).
