The End Machine
The End Machine is an American supergroup consisting of guitar player George Lynch ( Lynch Mob, KXM, ex-Dokken), bass player Jeff Pilson ( Foreigner, ex-Dokken, ex- Dio, ex-McAuley Schenker Group), drummer Mick Brown (ex-Dokken, ex-Lynch Mob, ex-Ted Nugent) and singer Robert Mason ( Warrant, ex-Lynch Mob). According to a 2021 interview with guitarist George Lynch, the band is an intentional return to the classic Dokken sound. Previously announced as ''Superstroke'', the band released their debut self-titled album on March 22, 2019 produced by Jeff Pilson via Italia record label Frontiers. During 2019 tour the Evanescence drummer Will Hunt temporarily replaced Mick Brown who then gave way permanently to his younger brother Steve who took part in the recordings of the new album entitled ''Phase2'' which was released on April 9, 2021, also produced by Jeff Pilson via Frontiers. Heavy metal (or simply metal) is a genre of rock music that developed in the late 1960s and early 1970s, largely in the United Kingdom and United States. Foreigner (band)
Foreigner is a British-American rock band, originally formed in New York City in 1976 by veteran British guitarist and songwriter Mick Jones and fellow Briton and ex-King Crimson member Ian McDonald, along with American vocalist Lou Gramm. Jones came up with the band's name as he, McDonald and Dennis Elliott were British, whereas Gramm, Al Greenwood and Ed Gagliardi were American. In 1977 Foreigner released its self-titled debut album, the first of four straight albums to be certified at least 5× platinum in the US. Will Hunt
William Hunt (born September 5, 1971) is an American drummer. He has been a member of rock band Evanescence since 2007, and has also played for Skrape, Dark New Day, Black Label Society, Device, Crossfade, Staind, Static-X, and Slaughter. Career He looks up to Tommy Lee, John Bonham, Peter Criss, Abe Cunningham, and Stewart Copeland as his influences to his drumming. One of Hunt's earliest bands was Axe Attack, formed during 1988 in Tallahassee, Florida. He was also the second drummer in Tallahassee band Witt's End, a cover band that played several club gigs. This was the first band for all the members of Witt's End that earned them a living, making it the first professional band for all of them. Evanescence is an American rock band founded in Little Rock, Arkansas in 1995 by singer and musician Amy Lee and guitarist Ben Moody. After recording independent EPs as a duo in the late 90's, and a demo CD, Evanescence released their debut studio album, ''Fallen'', on Wind-up Records in 2003. Propelled by the success of hit singles "Bring Me to Life" and "My Immortal", ''Fallen'' sold more than four million copies in the US by January 2004, garnering the band two Grammy Awards out of six nominations. Mick Brown (musician)
Michael J. Brown (born September 8, 1956), a.k.a. "Wild" Mick Brown, is an American drummer who has played in the rock bands Dokken, Ted Nugent, Lynch Mob, and Xciter. Early life Brown was born in San Mateo County, California, on September 8, 1956, and began playing drums at age eight when on his birthday he took his first drum lesson from Mickey Hart (who three years later joined The Grateful Dead). Career Dokken Brown joined Dokken in 1981. He replaced Gary Holland, who left Dokken to join Dante Fox and later Great White. Before that, Brown played drums in The Boyz (1975–1977) and then in Xciter (1977–1981). Both bands also featured future Dokken bandmate George Lynch. Jeffrey Steven Pilson (born January 19, 1959) is an American musician best known for being the bass player in the glam metal band Dokken and currently classic rock band Foreigner. He has also had an extended stint with Dio in the 1990s. He is a multi-instrumentalist who plays guitar, cello, keyboards, piano and mellotron. Pilson played fictional heavy metal bassist Jörgen in the 2001 film '' Rock Star'', and voiced Johnny Cage in the 2011 video game ''Mortal Kombat''.
