The Coalition For Women In Journalism (CFWIJ) is a New York-based non-profit organization that functions globally. The organization is supported by Craig Newmark Philanthropies. Background The Coalition For Women In Journalism, also known as The Coalition or CFWIJ, is a support organization for female journalists from around the globe. It was founded by Pakistani journalist Kiran Nazish in 2017 as a pro-bono organization and launched as an NGO in 2018. According to Nazish: "Instead of competing with each other in a male-created, male-dominated environment, we want to empower women by empowering each other," Kiran said in an interview. After the launch, CFWIJ became the first not-for-profit to offer mentorship to female journalists in mid-career from western and non-western countries. "Coalition" is the twelfth episode of the third season of the American Neo-Western television series '' Justified''. It is the 38th overall episode of the series and was written by producer Taylor Elmore and directed by Bill Johnson. It originally aired on FX on April 3, 2012. The series is based on Elmore Leonard's stories about the character Raylan Givens, particularly "Fire in the Hole", which serves as the basis for the episode. ''Coalition'' is a 2015 British television film about the formation of a coalition government following the 2010 United Kingdom general election. It was broadcast on Channel 4 on 28 March 2015, shortly before that year's general election. The film was written by James Graham and starred Bertie Carvel as Nick Clegg, Ian Grieve as Gordon Brown, and Mark Dexter as David Cameron. Coalescence is the process by which two or more droplets, bubbles or particles merge during contact to form a single daughter droplet, bubble or particle. It can take place in many processes, ranging from meteorology to astrophysics. For example, it is seen in the formation of raindrops as well as planetary and star formation. In meteorology, its role is crucial in the formation of rain. As droplets are carried by the updrafts and downdrafts in a cloud, they collide and coalesce to form larger droplets.
