Patrick Roscoe is a Canadian novelist, short story writer and actor. Early years Roscoe was born in Trail, British Columbia, Canada and grew up in Tanzania, England, Port Hardy, Victoria and Vancouver. Roscoe moved from Canada to California in 1981.
