The Be Five
The Be Five was a band composed of actors from the television show ''Babylon 5''. It was masterminded by Bill Mumy and made up of Mumy, Andreas Katsulas, Mira Furlan, Peter Jurasik and Claudia Christian, with Patricia Tallman singing backup in two tracks. Mumy wrote or co-wrote all tracks, and each performer was given the lead vocal in two songs. ''Trying to Forget'' The band's only album, ''Trying to Forget'', was originally released in 1998 as a limited edition of 2500 copies and only available at conventions at which one of the performers were present. In July 1999 it was put on general release and a twelve-page booklet was added. The album was re-released in 2012 by Renaissance Digital with two new tracks "My Brother's Moved On" (dedicated to the memory of Andreas Katsulas, Richard Biggs, Jeff Conaway, Michael O’Hare and Tim Choate) and "Last Train". Blues
Blues is a music genre and musical form which originated in the Deep South of the United States around the 1860s. Blues incorporated spirituals, work songs, field hollers, shouts, chants, and rhymed simple narrative ballads from the African-American culture. Bill Mumy
Charles William Mumy Jr. (; born February 1, 1954) is an American actor, writer, and musician and a figure in the science-fiction community/comic book fandom. He came to prominence in the 1960s as a child actor, which included television appearances on ''Bewitched'', ''I Dream of Jeannie'', ''The Twilight Zone'', ''Alfred Hitchcock Presents'', and a role in the film '' Dear Brigitte'', followed by a three-season role as Will Robinson in the 1960s CBS sci-fi series ''Lost in Space''. ''Babylon 5'' is an American space opera television series created by writer and producer J. Michael Straczynski, under the Babylonian Productions label, in association with Straczynski's Synthetic Worlds Ltd. and Warner Bros. Domestic Television. Andrew Katsulas (May 18, 1946February 13, 2006), known professionally as Andreas Katsulas, was an American film and television actor, most recognized for portrayals of Narn Ambassador G'Kar on the American science fiction television series ''Babylon 5''. Life and career Born in St. Louis, Missouri, to a working-class Greek American family, Katsulas earned a master's degree in theatre from Indiana University.
