''The Band Perry'' is the debut studio album by American country music group The Band Perry. The album includes five songs from the band's digital EP '' The Band Perry EP'', which was released in April 2010. The album produced five singles: " Hip to My Heart", " If I Die Young", " You Lie", "All Your Life", and " Postcard from Paris". Of these, "If I Die Young" and "All Your Life" were number one hits on the ''Billboard'' Hot Country Songs chart. Critical reception Thom Jurek of Allmusic gave the album a three-star rating out of five, saying that the album was "carefully crafted" and thought that the singles were among the strongest tracks on it. ''Country Weekly'' reviewer Jessica Phillips said that the album was "more introspective and engrossing than typical radio fare", and praised Kimberly's "unpolished" voice, but thought that some songs had "aimless" lyrics. The Band Perry
The Band Perry are an American band composed of siblings Kimberly Perry (lead vocals, guitar), Reid Perry (bass guitar, background vocals), and Neil Perry (mandolin, bouzouki, background vocals). They signed to Republic Nashville in August 2009 and released their self-titled debut album on October 12, 2010. From this album, " If I Die Young" reached number one on the U.S. ''Billboard'' Hot Country Songs and Hot Adult Contemporary Tracks charts and has been certified 6x multi-platinum. ''Nash Country Weekly'' was an American lifestyle weekly magazine about country artists and their music. It was in circulation between April 1994 and May 2016. The publisher, Cumulus Media, now maintains the site ''Nash Country Daily''. Overview The magazine was established in 1994 by American Media, Inc. It focused on country music stars and events, and regularly featured exclusive interviews with recording artists and country music news. The Henningsens
The Henningsens is an American country music trio consisting of Brian Henningsen, his son Aaron, and daughter Clara. The trio released their debut single, " American Beautiful", for Arista Nashville in late 2012. History The Henningsens, consisting of Brian Henningsen and two of his children, Aaron and Clara, originated in Illinois, where Brian played in bands off and on throughout the 1980s and began songwriting in the early 1990s. He met with music publishers in Nashville in the mid-1990s but he put his career on hold to take over the family farm. In 2008 at church, Aaron met Wynonna Judd's husband and Highway 101 member Cactus Moser, who in turn shared The Henningsens' demo recordings with producer Paul Worley. The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) is a trade organization that represents the music recording industry in the United States. Its members consist of record labels and distributors that the RIAA says "create, manufacture, and/or distribute approximately 85% of all legally sold recorded music in the United States". Lady A (formerly known as Lady Antebellum) is an American country music group formed in Nashville, Tennessee, in 2006.
