The Bachelor (American Season 5)
The fifth season of ABC reality television series '' The Bachelor'' premiered on April 7, 2004. The show featured 25-year-old Jesse Palmer, a professional football player from Nepean, Ontario. Palmer is the first Canadian and the youngest ''Bachelor'' lead in the show's history. The season concluded on May 19, 2004, with Palmer choosing to pursue a relationship with 22-year-old student Jessica Bowlin. They ended their relationship several weeks after the finale. Christopher Bryan Harrison (born July 26, 1971) is an American television and game show host, best known for his role as the host of the ABC reality television dating show '' The Bachelor'' from 2002 to 2021. He also hosted its spin-offs ''The Bachelorette'' from 2003 to 2021, '' Bachelor Pad'' from 2010 to 2012, '' Bachelor in Paradise'' 2014 to 2021, the first season of '' Bachelor in Paradise: After Paradise'' in 2015, '' Bachelor Live'' in 2016, and ''The Bachelor Winter Games'' in 2018. Sunriver is a census-designated place and planned residential and resort community in Deschutes County, Oregon, United States. As of the 2010 census it had a population of 1,393. It is part of the Bend Metropolitan Statistical Area, located on the eastern side of the Deschutes River, about south of Bend at the base of the Cascade Range. Amanda Kate Cavan (; born September 3, 1978) is an American mental health counselor, television personality, and former soccer forward who played for the United States women's national soccer team, as well as the Philadelphia Charge and San Jose CyberRays of Women's United Soccer Association (WUSA). Gibson, North Carolina
Gibson is a town in Scotland County, North Carolina, United States. The population was 540 at the 2010 census. History Gibson was originally located in Richmond County, North Carolina. A post office was built in the area in 1846, and the town was named for its first postmaster, Noah Gibson. In 1883 the Raleigh and Augusta Air Line Railroad made plans to build a spur line to Gibson to bring goods to the locale and ship cotton out from local residents to markets. In anticipation of the railroad connection, Gibson residents erected a depot, hotel, academy, and several additional stores.
