The Approaching Storm
''The Approaching Storm'' is a science fiction novel set in the fictional ''Star Wars'' universe by Alan Dean Foster, who had previously written two ''Star Wars'' books in the 1970s. ''The Approaching Storm'' follows Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker as they are sent to a planet to settle a dispute as growing unrest threatens the Galactic Republic's stability, leading to the events of '' Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones''. Separatism is the advocacy of cultural, ethnic, tribal, religious, racial, governmental or gender separation from the larger group. A nomad is a member of a community without fixed habitation who regularly moves to and from the same areas.
