The 7 O'Clock Show
''The Seven O'Clock Show'' was an Irish evening-time television show on TV3. It is a live show, and provides chat, live music, cooking, entertainment, showbiz and technology updates. It replaced ''Late Lunch Live''. The show was pushed back to 18:00 and renamed '' The 6 O'Clock Show'' due to the return of ''Emmerdale'' and '' Coronation Street'' to ''TV3''. Background ''The Seven O'Clock Show'' first began as an early afternoon show live on TV3 then called ''Late Lunch Live''. As part of the revamp of TV3's daytime schedule due to falling audience figures an extended version of ''Ireland AM'' and ''Late Lunch Live'' replaced ''The Morning Show''. ''Late Lunch Live'' premiered on 30 September 2013, airing every Monday to Friday from 14:00. By 2014 the show was moved to a new timeslot of 15:30 to 16:30. ''Emmerdale'' (known as ''Emmerdale Farm'' until 1989) is a British soap opera that is broadcast on ITV1. The show is set in Emmerdale (known as Beckindale until 1994), a fictional village in the Yorkshire Dales. Created by Kevin Laffan, ''Emmerdale Farm'' was first broadcast on 16 October 1972. Interior scenes have been filmed at the Leeds Studios since its inception. Exterior scenes were first filmed in Arncliffe in Littondale, and the series may have taken its name from Amerdale, an ancient name of Littondale. Conor Pope
Conor Pope (born 3 August 1968) is an Irish journalist, author and broadcaster who works for ''The Irish Times'' as well as appearing on radio and television as a consumer advocate. Pope is the consumer affairs correspondent with the Times and writes the weekly Pricewatch page in ''The Irish Times'' as well as occupying a segment of the same name on ''The Ray D'Arcy Show'' on RTÉ Radio 1. Today FM is an Irish national commercial FM radio station, owned and operated by Bauer Audio Ireland Limited. Broadcasting since 17 March 1997, it broadcasts mostly music, with a daily news and current affairs programme. Mairead Ronan (; born 3 April 1980) is an Irish television and radio presenter. Early life Ronan was born in Finglas on the Northside of Dublin. She attended a HR Management course after leaving school, but switched to a media course at Ballyfermot College of Further Education. Radio career Ronan was featured on ''The Ray D'Arcy Show'' that originally aired every weekday morning on Today FM. She initially interned on the show before being promoted to broadcasting assistant, and then became co-producer, also featuring as an on-air contributor. Raymond Foley (born 21 September 1980) is an Irish television host and radio presenter. Having worked at Dublin's 98FM and SPIN 1038 early in his career, Foley moved to Today FM in 2004. In 2006, he moved to midday and presented ''The Ray Foley Show'', with sidekick JP Gilbourne and Adelle McDonnell. He hosted the breakfast slot on 98FM from October 2012 until December 2015.
