Tharakaasura
''Tarakaasura'' () is a 2018 Indian action thriller film written and directed by Chandrashekar Bandiyappa and produced by Narasimhulu. Introducing Vybhav and also starring Manvitha. The film also marked Kannada debut of Danny Sapani playing the lead villain. The film got a huge response for its making and story based on a tribe called "Budbudke", also known as Halakki Vokkaliga which is on the verge of extinction. The film was shot in Mysuru, Mandya, Chamarajanagara in Karnataka. Danny Sapani (born 15 November 1970) is a British actor who works in British, American, and Indian films. He is best known for appearing in ''Misfits'', '' Doctor Who'', ''Penny Dreadful'', ''The Crown'', '' Star Wars: The Last Jedi'' and '' Black Panther''. Manvita Kamath is an Indian actress who works in Kannada cinema. She started her career as a Radio Jockey in Radio Mirchi and made a switch to acting through the Kannada film ''Kendasampige'' (2015) directed by Duniya Soori. Kailash Kher (born 7 July 1973) is an Indian music composer and singer. He sings songs with a music style influenced by Indian folk music and Sufi music.
