Prameela (T. A. Prameela) is a veteran Indian actress in South Indian films. She was a prominent lead actress during the 1970s and 1980s in Malayalam and Tamil films also acted in few Kannada and Telugu films as well. She was noted for her glamorous roles. Mary Joseph, famously known as Meena (22 April 1941 – 17 September 1997), was an Indian actress. She primarily appeared in Malayalam movies. She died on 17 September 1997 due to a cardiac arrest. Early life Meena (Mary Joseph) was the eighth child in a Marthoma Syrian Christian family from kumarapuram-haripad, in Alappuzha. Born on 22 April 1941 to Koyikkaleth Itty Cheria Eapen and his wife, Eleyamma Eapen, she began her early career in theatre in Kalanilayam and Geetha Arts Club. Sudheer (d. 2004) was an Indian actor who predominantly worked in the Malayalam film industry. He was a lead actor during the 1970s. He acted in more than 100 movies. His role in the movie '' Chembarathy'' in 1972 was well noted. He won a Kerala State Film Award in 1975 for his performance in the movie '' Sathyathinte Nizhalil''. Sudheer has also played the second lead in the 1978 Rajinikanth starrer '' Bairavi'' and has played the lead role in '' Sonna Namba Mateengae''. Vincent (actor)
Vincent (12 February 1946 - 30 August 1991) was an Indian actor from Kerala. He was active during the 1970s and 80s and acted in about 160+ Malayalam films, many of them as leading actor. Born in Edavanakad Vypin, he was a romantic and action hero of his time. Personal life Vincent was married to Mary, who was working as a teacher in Chennai Public School, Chennai. He died of a heart attack on 31 August 1991 at the age of 45. Vincent's wife Mary died on 15 October 2016 in a road accident near Thirumangalam, Chennai. They are survived by their two sons; Roby Vincent, an assistant film director who was with Director Bala and is currently working in Tamil and Malayalam films. Cheri Viswanath
Cheri Viswanath (9 August 1933 – 9 September 2014) was a South Indian screenwriter, playwright, lyricist and journalist. Biography Many of his works were written under the pen name Cheri, which is derived from the name of his family Cheriyil in Kollam District in South India. He started his career as a playwright and journalist and was associated with the famous theatre group in South India called Kalanilayam. In a literary career spanning over 45 years, he had written 16 novels, 25 dramas and 19 radio plays and several lyrics for Malayalam movies. His song for the movie Thaalappoly (1977) was the biggest hit of the year. Paravoor memana Kanakku Chembakaraman Parameswaran Chandrashekara Menon, better known by his screen name Sankaradi (14 July 1924 – 8 October 2001), was an Indian actor. He was a veteran Malayalam comedian and character artist, who had over 700 Malayalam films to his credit.
