Andrzej Bogdan Saramonowicz (born 23 February 1965 in Warsaw) is a Polish director, actor, journalist, screenwriter and playwright. Saramonowicz studied history at University of Warsaw before turning to journalism. He collaborated with some of the main Polish mainstream magazines, such as ''Gazeta Wyborcza'', '' Viva'' and ''Przekrój''. In 2000, his first screenplay and movie ' ("Half seriously") won him the main award at the 2000 edition of the Festival of Polish Fiction Movies in Gdynia and kickstarted his career as a filmmaker. He then went on to write, produce and direct some of the biggest commercial successes of Polish cinema in the last decade. Maciej Jerzy Stuhr (born 23 June 1975) is a Polish actor, comedian and occasional film director. Life and career In 1999, he majored in psychology from the Jagiellonian University before moving on to study acting at Kraków's National Academy of Theatre Arts, which he finished in 2003. He became known for his impressions of Polish actors and performers, such as Gustaw Holoubek and he established the cabaret ''Po Żarcie'', where he wrote most of the material. Tomasz Karolak (born Karolak Tomasz Pawel on 21 June 1971 in Radom, Poland) is a Polish actor. Biography He was born in Radom, where his parents – Hanna and Andrzej Karolak – were officers of the Polish People's Army during the Polish People's Republic (they served in the Air Regiment and Missile Squadron).
