Terry Inglis
Terry Inglis (also Robinson) is a fictional character from the Australian soap opera ''Neighbours'' played by Maxine Klibingaitis. She made her first appearance on 11 June 1985. Terry is employed by Max Ramsay (Francis Bell) as his plumber's apprentice. Terry dates Shane Ramsay ( Peter O'Brien) and Paul Robinson (Stefan Dennis), whom she later marries. Terry kills Charles Durham (Ross Thompson) and later shoots Paul when he goes to report her to the police. The character departed on 5 November 1985. She is arrested for Charles' murder off-screen, and she later commits suicide, becoming the only character from the serial to have died this way. Development Terry was described as a "boyish apprentice plumber" by Coral O'Connor of the ''Daily Mirror''. She arrives in Erinsborough after getting a job with Max Ramsay (Francis Bell). Maxine Koran Klibingaitis (born 17 May 1964) is an Australian actress. Maxine was born in Ballarat, Victoria and was married to the Australian television director, Andrew Friedman, they have one son, Zane Friedman. She is probably best known locally and internationally for her role as teen punk Bobbie Mitchell in the cult TV series ''Prisoner'' and as Terry Inglis, in ''Neighbours ''Neighbours'' is an Australian television soap opera, which has aired since 18 March 1985. Wendy Gibson is Professor of Protozoology at University of Bristol, specialising in trypanosomes and molecular parasitology. Career Wendy C. Gibson studied B. Sc. Zoology at University College London, UK graduating in 1975 followed by a doctorate at London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine that was awarded in 1979. She continued to work there with Wallace Peters for a short time after her doctorate. She was awarded DSc by the University of London in 1997. Alan Dale
Alan Hugh Dale (born 6 May 1947) is a New Zealand actor. As a child, Dale enjoyed theatre and rugby. After retiring from the sport, he took on a number of occupations, before deciding to become a professional actor at age 27. Dale subsequently moved to Australia, where he played Dr. John Forrest in ''The Young Doctors'' from 1979 to 1982. He later appeared as Jim Robinson in ''Neighbours'', a part he played from 1985 until 1993. He left the series when he fell out with the producers over the pay he and the rest of the cast received. Jim Robinson is a fictional character from the Australian soap opera ''Neighbours'', played by Alan Dale. Jim was created by Reg Watson as one of ''Neighbours'' twelve original characters. He made his on-screen debut in the soap's first episode, which was broadcast on 18 March 1985. Jim was the patriarch of the Robinson family. Elaine Smith (born 23 April 1962) is a Scottish-Australian former actress who found fame on television series ''Neighbours'' in 1985 as original character Daphne Clarke. Biography Smith auditioned for a guest role in new series ''Neighbours'' in 1984. However her appearance, particularly her short spiky hair, caught the attention of the casting director and she was cast as regular character Daphne Lawrence. Smith continued in the role until 1988. Prior to this she had a small guest role in soap opera '' Sons and Daughters'' in 1984 as a flight attendant. Subsequent credits include ''The Flying Doctors'', '' State Coroner'', ''Always Greener'', ''Home and Away'' and '' All Saints'' in 2006.
