Terry Duckworth
Terry Duckworth is a fictional character from the British ITV soap opera '' Coronation Street'', played by Nigel Pivaro. He was introduced as the son of popular characters Jack and Vera Duckworth, making his on-screen debut on 1 August 1983. Terry has three sons: Paul Clayton, Tommy Duckworth, and Brad Armstrong. The character made regular appearances until leaving Weatherfield in 1987 and has made only brief visits in years following. In February 2012, it was announced Pivaro would be returning to ''Coronation Street'' and he made his return as Terry on 16 April 2012. Terry departed on 11 May 2012 and this was his last appearance to date. Creation and casting Pivaro joined the cast as Terry in 1983. The actor originally auditioned for the role of Curly Watts and made it to the final stage of the process. Martha Longhurst
Martha Longhurst (also Hartley) is a fictional character from the British soap opera ''Coronation Street''. She was played by Lynne Carol from the show's inception in 1960, from the second episode until the character's death in 1964. Creation The character of Martha was conceived early on, when Tony Warren realised that the character he devised Ena Sharples (Violet Carson) would need some drinking companions. His experiences of the real-world Ena's and their cronies greatly informed the character; Warren said of it, "Whenever you got tough old viragoes like Ena, they always had henchmen. Kathleen Mary Margaret Bryant (8 March 1897 – 1 January 1988), known professionally as Margot Bryant, was an English stage, teleivison and actress best known for playing Minnie Caldwell in the soap opera ''Coronation Street'' from its inception in 1960 until her departure in 1976. Early life and career Bryant was born in Hull, the daughter of general practitioner Dr. William Arthur Bryant and Catherine Lewis. Bryant moved to London with her parents on completing her education. Ena Sharples
Ena Sharples (née Schofield) is a fictional character from the British ITV soap opera '' Coronation Street'', played by Violet Carson. She appeared in the first-ever episode, broadcast on 9 December 1960, and stayed with the show until 2 April 1980. Edgar William Podmore (15 August 1931 – 22 January 1994) was a British television producer. Born in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, he is best remembered for his long association with the soap opera ''Coronation Street'', a series he produced for twelve years (1976–1988). Michael Robert Turner (born 15 December 1964), known professionally as Michael Le Vell, is an English actor. Kevin Webster is a Character (arts), fictional character from the Television in the United Kingdom, British ITV (TV network), ITV soap opera ''Coronation Street''.
