Terri Burns
Terri Burns is an investor and partner at GV (formerly Google Ventures). After joining the company in 2017 as a principal, she was promoted and became the youngest partner and first Black woman partner at GV in 2020. Early life and education Burns was born on February 22, 1994 and was raised in California. She graduated from New York University's Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences with a bachelor’s degree in computer science in 2016, and in 2021, became the youngest member in history to serve on the university's Board of Trustees. Career Burns joined the GV team in 2017 as a principal investor. In 2020, she became the youngest partner and first Black woman partner at GV. New York University
New York University (NYU) is a private research university in New York City. Chartered in 1831 by the New York State Legislature, NYU was founded by a group of New Yorkers led by then-Secretary of the Treasury Albert Gallatin.
