Phnom Penh (; km, ភ្នំពេញ, ) is the capital and most populous city of Cambodia. Ngoun Chan Devith ( km, ងួន ចាន់ ដេវីត; born 5 October 1994), better known by his stage name G-Devith ( km, ជី-ដេវីត) or Dit-Way ( km, ឌីតវ៉េ), is a Cambodian rapper, singer, songwriter and record producer.
