Premiere Towers Miami
Brickell Heights are two twin towers in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami, Florida. Together, the towers have 690 units with a ground floor Equinox Gym. Ground for the towers was broken in 2014 following the groundbreaking of SLS Brickell.The project was originally announced as The Premiere Towers during the 2000s' building boom but was cancelled due to financial reasons caused by the Great Recession. An island platform (also center platform, centre platform) is a station layout arrangement where a single platform is positioned between two tracks within a railway station, tram stop or transitway interchange. Island platforms are popular on twin-track routes due to pragmatic and cost reasons. Panorama Tower is a mixed-use 85-story skyscraper in Miami, Florida, United States. Located in the Brickell district of Downtown Miami, it is the tallest building in Miami, and the tallest building in Florida. Construction on Panorama Tower was put on hold during the 2007-2009 Great Recession. The project was revived in 2012 when owner Tibor Hollo hired Moshe Cosicher, AIA Architect, to redesign the project. In 2013, the project was revised; the tower includes residential, hotel, retail, and office space. Brickell City Centre is a large mixed-use complex consisting of two residential high-rise towers, two office buildings, a high-rise hotel, and an interconnected five-story shopping mall and lifestyle center covering located in the Brickell district of Downtown Miami, Florida. A people mover or automated people mover (APM) is a type of small scale automated guideway transit system.
