Tenpenny Joke
Tenpenny Joke were an Australian rock band, formed in 1997. They signed to Shock Records/Sing Sing Productions in 2004, and released their debut album, ''Ambush on all Sides'', in 2005, which was produced by Matt Voigt (The Living End, Kiss, Aaliyah). It was then released internationally by Promoting the Bands. History Tenpenny Joke were formed on Melbourne's Mornington Peninsula in 1997. They issued their debut studio album, ''Ambush on all Sides'', in September 2005 via Shock Records. It was recorded at Sing Sing Studios, Richmond during two sessions: one in November 2004 and the other in April 2005. By the time the album appeared the line-up was Craig "Boz" Boswell on drums, Anthony Casey on vocals, Peter Coon on guitars, Tim Kill on bass guitar and Brian Rimmer on vocals and guitar. Kisschasy
Kisschasy are an Australian rock band that formed in Melbourne, Victoria in 2002. Their line-up consists of lead vocalist Darren Cordeux, bassist Joel Vanderuit, guitarist Sean Thomas and drummer Karl Ammitzboll. The band released two gold certified studio albums, two extended plays, a documentary DVD and a compilation album in their initial 10-year career, selling in excess of 90,000 records. Band history Formation and early releases Kisschasy formed in 2002. Three of the four members of the band grew up near the small country town of Balnarring in the Mornington Peninsula of Victoria. 3RRR
3RRR (pronounced "Three Triple R", or simply "Triple R") is an Australian community radio station, based in Melbourne. 3RRR first commenced broadcasting in 1976 from the studios of 3ST, the student radio station of the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (now RMIT University), on an educational licence with the name 3RMT. In 1979 it relocated to Fitzroy, and adopted its present name. During the late 1970s and early 1980s, it became synonymous with the post punk and new wave subcultures. ''Rage'' (stylised as ''rage'') is an all-night Australian music video program broadcast on ABC TV on Friday nights, Saturday mornings and Saturday nights. Rosie Beaton
Rosie Beaton is an Australian radio announcer, best known for her work at Australian youth radio station Triple J. Radio career In 2001, Beaton was appointed host of Triple J's evening music program ''Super Request'' which aired weekdays at 6pm. Earlier, Beaton co-hosted the ''Net 50'' program with Justin Wilcomes on its debut in 1999.
