Advanced Placement (AP) is a program in the United States and Canada created by the College Board which offers college-level curricula and examinations to high school students. Richard Douglas Henry (born December 10, 1963) is an American former professional baseball relief pitcher and current coach. Career Henry played for the Milwaukee Brewers (1991–94), New York Mets (1995–96), San Francisco Giants (1997 and 2000), Houston Astros (1998–2000) and Kansas City Royals (2001). He was acquired by the Mets on November 30, 1994 in a transaction that was completed when the Brewers received minor-league catcher Javier Gonzalez on December 6 and Fernando Viña sixteen days later on December 22.
