"Tenerife Sea" is a song by English singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran. It was written by Sheeran, Johnny McDaid of Snow Patrol, and Foy Vance, and produced by Rick Rubin. Background and composition Sheeran wrote "Tenerife Sea" while in Nashville, the capital of the US state of Tennessee.
