Beef Tenderloin
A beef tenderloin (US English), known as an eye fillet in Australasia, filet in France, filé mignon in Brazil, and fillet in the United Kingdom and South Africa, is cut from the loin of beef. Description As with all quadrupeds, the tenderloin refers to the psoas major muscle ventral to the transverse processes of the lumbar vertebrae, near the kidneys. The tenderloin is an oblong shape spanning two primal cuts: the short loin (called the sirloin in Commonwealth countries) and the sirloin (called the rump in Commonwealth countries). The tenderloin sits beneath the ribs, next to the backbone. It has two ends: the butt and the "tail". The smaller, pointed end—the "tail"—starts a little past the ribs, growing in thickness until it ends in the "sirloin" primal cut, which is closer to the butt of the cow. This muscle does very little work, so it is the tenderest part of the beef. Processing and preparation Whole tenderloins are sold as either "unpeeled" (meaning the fat and s ...

Pork Tenderloin
Pork tenderloin, also called pork fillet, pork steak or Gentleman's Cut, is a long, thin cut of pork. As with all quadrupeds, the tenderloin refers to the psoas major muscle along the central spine portion, ventral to the lumbar vertebrae, the most tender part of the animal, because those muscles are used for posture rather than locomotion. Products and uses In some countries, such as the United States and the Netherlands ('varkenshaas'), pork tenderloin can be bought as a processed product, already flavored with a marinade. A regional dish of the Midwestern United States is a pork tenderloin sandwich, also called a tenderloin – a very thinly sliced piece of pork, which is the larger, tougher loineye - or longissimus - muscle, which is battered or breaded, deep fried, and served on a small bun, often with garnishes such as mustard, pickle and onions. This sandwich is relatively common and popular in the U.S. Midwest, especially in the states of Iowa and Indiana. In the south ...

''Tenderloin'' is a musical with a book by George Abbott and Jerome Weidman, lyrics by Sheldon Harnick, and music by Jerry Bock, their follow-up to the highly successful Pulitzer Prize-winning '' Fiorello!'' a year earlier. The musical is based on a 1959 novel by Samuel Hopkins Adams. Set in the Tenderloin, a red-light district in 1890s Manhattan, the show's story focuses on Reverend Brock, a character loosely based on American clergyman and social reformer Charles Henry Parkhurst. Agents Of Fortune
''Agents of Fortune'' is the fourth studio album by American hard rock band Blue Öyster Cult, released by Columbia Records on May 21, 1976. The Platinum-selling album peaked at No. 29 on the U.S. Billboard chart, while the cryptic single "(Don't Fear) The Reaper" peaked at No. 12 on the ''Billboard'' Hot 100 singles chart, making it BÖC's biggest hit. The band became a bigger concert attraction after the release of the album, in part due to extensive airplay of "(Don't Fear) The Reaper", to this day a staple of rock-station playlists. This is also the only album in the band's catalog to have every original member perform lead vocals on at least one song, and the only to not feature any songwriting contributions from Eric Bloom. However, the 2020 live album ''40th Anniversary: Agents of Fortune Live 2016'' added Bloom's name to the writing credits on "E.T.I. (Extra Terrestrial Intelligence)". Critical reception '' Rolling Stone'' wrote that "''Agents of Fortune'' is a start ...

''Let's Go'' is the second studio album by the American punk rock band Rancid. It was released on June 21, 1994, through Epitaph Records and was the band's first album to feature Lars Frederiksen on guitar. The album initially achieved little mainstream success, though it appealed to the band's fanbase. However, the surprise success of punk rock bands such as The Offspring, Green Day and Bad Religion in the mid-1990s brought forth more mainstream interest in ''Let's Go'', and it peaked at number 97 on the ''Billboard'' 200. "Salvation" was released to alternative radio on February 3, 1995. ''Let's Go'' is the first Rancid album to be produced by Brett Gurewitz. He would go on to engineer the band's third studio album, '' ...And Out Come the Wolves'' (1995) and returned as the band's permanent producer in 2000, starting with their fifth album. Writing and production After Rancid hired second guitarist Lars Frederiksen, they returned to the studio in October 1993 with producer ...

The Tenderloins
The Tenderloins are an American comedy troupe composed of James "Murr" Murray, Brian "Q" Quinn, and Sal Vulcano. The group stars in the television series ''Impractical Jokers'', which premiered on December 15, 2011. The program airs on truTV in the U.S. and on Comedy Central in the UK, Ireland, and India. Origin The comedians met in religion class during their freshman year at Monsignor Farrell High School on Staten Island in 1990. After discovering their mutual interests in drama and improv, the group joined an improv club because "It was the only way to meet girls", since they attended an all-boys school. To come up with a name for their comedy troupe, the friends referenced a list of words kept by member Sal Vulcano that he would find embarrassing to say, such as "cullottes," "gargoyles," and "nougat." The group would eventually settle on "The Tenderloins" as their troupe name. Career Stage After finishing college, James Murray was on his way to work on the Staten Island ...
