10 BC
1 (one, unit, unity) is a number representing a single or the only entity. 1 is also a numerical digit and represents a single unit of counting or measurement. For example, a line segment of ''unit length'' is a line segment of length 1. In conventions of sign where zero is considered neither positive nor negative, 1 is the first and smallest positive integer. It is also sometimes considered the first of the infinite sequence of natural numbers, followed by 2, although by other definitions 1 is the second natural number, following 0. The fundamental mathematical property of 1 is to be a multiplicative identity, meaning that any number multiplied by 1 equals the same number. Most if not all properties of 1 can be deduced from this. In advanced mathematics, a multiplicative identity is often denoted 1, even if it is not a number. 1 is by convention not considered a prime number; this was not universally accepted until the mid-20th century. Additionally, 1 is ... [...More Info...]       [...Related Items...]     OR:     [Wikipedia]   [Google]   [Baidu]   |

10 (The Stranglers Album)
''10'' is the tenth studio album by English rock band the Stranglers, released in March 1990 by Epic Records. It was the last to feature guitarist/lead singer Hugh Cornwell. ''10'' peaked at No. 15 and spent four weeks in the UK Albums Chart. There was a big band sound to this album, possibly due to the production work of Roy Thomas Baker and the continued use of a horn section. One of the highlights was the cover version of Question Mark & the Mysterians' hit " 96 Tears" (which reached No. 17 in the UK Singles Chart). Cornwell has expressed satisfaction with the way this album turned out, whereas the rest of the band, including live guitarist John Ellis, who joined the band on the next album, have all expressed negative feelings about ''10''. Singles released in the UK for this album were "96 Tears" and "Sweet Smell of Success" (UK No. 65). "Man of the Earth" was due to be the third single from the album, however, Epic decided against it. 10 (The Guess Who Album)
''#10'' is the eleventh studio album by the Canadian rock band The Guess Who. It was first released in 1973. The title comes from the fact that it was the band's tenth release for RCA Records. This number series includes both a live album and best-of compilation, but not the band's early recordings (prior to 1969) which were not recorded for RCA. Release history In addition to the usual 2 channel stereo version the album was also released by RCA in a 4 channel quadraphonic version on both LP and 8-track tape. The quad LP version was released using the Quadradisc system. The 2012 reissue by Iconoclassic marked the first time the album was made available on CD in the United States. It has upgraded sound quality compared to previous CD releases, and a previously unreleased, stripped-down mix of "Glamour Boy" without the sound effects and crowd noise. 10 (Enuff Z'nuff Album)
10 is the 9th studio album, and 10th overall release by the Rock band Enuff Z'Nuff. By fans, it is sometimes seen as the poppier counterpart to their harder sounding ''Paraphernalia'' record, as both albums were recorded and released during a similar time frame. The album cover art for '10' is a direct reference to the band's debut album, released a decade earlier. While the original U.S. edition of the album included a video for the single "There Goes My Heart" in QuickTime format, '10' was released first in Japan through the Pony Canyon label. The band also toured Japan in 2000 in support of the CD, which peaked at #60 on the Japanese music charts. The song "There Goes My Heart" was later featured in a trailer for the 2008 film ''The Promotion''. The Promotion movie trailer on Youtube. Retrieved 2011-5-14. Track listing Japa ...
