Tecnológico Railway Station
The Metepec railway station, otherwise known as the Tecnológico station or Tecnológico–Aeropuerto station, is a commuter railway station serving the El Insurgente commuter rail system which will connect Greater Toluca, State of Mexico, with Mexico City. The station is the closest to the Toluca International Airport and is located along Boulevard Solidaridad Las Torres. The station is located nearby Tecnológico Avenue, in the municipality of Metepec. Metepec railway station opened on 15 September 2023, with eastward service towards Lerma railway station and westward service towards Zinacantepec railway station. It is an elevated station with one island platform; the facilities are accessible to people with disabilities. Estadio Tecnológico
The Estadio Tecnológico was a multi-purpose stadium located in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, located on the campus of the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM). It hosted association football, football and American football games during its 67-year existence, from 1950 to 2017. Starting 2017, the stadium was demolished. The venue was replaced by the Estadio Borregos, completed in April 2019. The new stadium can seat 10,000 people and was designed for American Football and football games. The Estadio Tecnológico de Oaxaca is a multi-use stadium in Oaxaca City, Oaxaca, Mexico. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home stadium for Alebrijes de Oaxaca. The stadium has a capacity of 16,000 people and also includes 72 luxury boxes. History Construction on the new stadium began in March 2013 as part of the 45th anniversary ceremonies of the Oaxaca Institute of Technology (ITO). Delays were incurred during the project when teachers and students of the ITO protested, prompting construction to be halted for 11 months and nearly forcing the Alebrijes to move out of Oaxaca.
