Team Soho
Team Soho (formerly credited as SCEE Internal Development Team or also known as SCEE Studio Soho) was a British first-party video game developer and a studio of Sony Computer Entertainment based in Soho, London. The company was founded in 1994. The original development staff had little to no experience in the video game industry, with most of them being recent college graduates. They started out with developing '' NBA ShootOut'', the first entry of the ''NBA ShootOut'' series, which released in 1996. In 2002, the studio was closed and merged with SCEE Studio Camden (former Psygnosis Camden Studio) to form London Studio. The Team Soho brand was retained for '' The Getaway: Black Monday''. ''NBA ShootOut'' (Known as ''Total NBA '96'' in Europe and Japan) is a sports video game developed by SCE Studios Soho and published by Sony Computer Entertainment exclusively for the PlayStation. The cover features Sam Cassell of the Houston Rockets. Gameplay ''NBA ShootOut'' is a game using polygon players and motion-captured animation. The game features rosters from the 1995–96 NBA season. The demo of the European version of the game, (Total NBA '96) also contains additional hidden characters not available in the final game. ''Spice World'' is a music video game starring English pop girl group the Spice Girls as animated characters. It was developed by SCE Studios Soho and published by Sony Computer Entertainment exclusively for the PlayStation. Content With tracks like "Wannabe", "Who Do You Think You Are", " Move Over", "Spice Up Your Life" and "Say You'll Be There", each animated Spice Girl will offer a few comments as the player tours the game's stages, experiencing a DJ and dance instructor that speak in stereotypical fashions. Rapid Racer
''Rapid Racer'', known as ''Turbo Prop Racing'' in North America, is a racing video game developed by SCE Studios Soho and published by Sony Computer Entertainment exclusively for the PlayStation. In the game, the player takes control of a motorboat and races around six different tracks. Eventually, all six tracks can be raced mirrored, as well as set at night time. By winning championships and completing bonus rounds (unlocked by five yellow icons during a race but first two-day tracks), players can unlock them which they can use to either upgrade their boat or unlock a higher-powered one. ''Porsche Challenge'' is a racing video game developed by SCE Studios Soho and published by Sony Computer Entertainment released for the PlayStation. The player and computer-controlled cars in the game consist of Porsche Boxsters. Gameplay Players must choose one of the Porsche Boxsters at the start of each race and race around tracks trying to win. Each car has a different driver and each driver has a different personality. The drivers can comment on how other drivers drive and their relationship with the other drivers can affect this as well. Usually they say how bad the other drivers are and how they are better. Team Bondi Pty. Limited ( ) was an Australian video game developer based in Sydney. The company was founded by creative director Brendan McNamara, formerly of Team Soho, in 2003.
