IcÃar BollaÃn Pérez-MÃnguez (born 12 June 1967) is a Spanish filmmaker and actress. Early life and education IcÃar BollaÃn Pérez-MÃnguez was born in Madrid on 12 June 1967. She was one of twin girls to a father who was an aeronautical engineer and a mother who was a music teacher. She grew up in a liberal household in which each member was allowed to follow their own inclination.
