Tays Center is a 1,400-seat indoor arena located in Alamogordo, New Mexico. It is used primarily for basketball, and is home to the New Mexico State University - Alamogordo basketball team. Alamogordo, New Mexico
Alamogordo () is the seat of Otero County, New Mexico, United States. A city in the Tularosa Basin of the Chihuahuan Desert, it is bordered on the east by the Sacramento Mountains and to the west by Holloman Air Force Base. The population was 31,358 as of the 2020 census. Alamogordo is known for its connection with the 1945 Trinity test, which was the first ever explosion of an atomic bomb. Humans have lived in the Alamogordo area for at least 11,000 years. New Mexico State University (NMSU or NM State) is a public land-grant research university based primarily in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
