Taylor Smith (golfer)
Richard Taylor Smith (June 28, 1967 – July 21, 2007) was an American professional golfer. Smith was born in Pensacola, Florida but spent most of his life in Waycross, Georgia. He played college golf at Augusta College (now Augusta State University). Smith played on the Ben Hogan Tour/Nike Tour (now Web.com Tour) and the PGA Tour from 1992 to 1998. His best finish on the Web.com Tour (1992–1995, 1998) was a win at the 1992 Ben Hogan Permian Basin Open. His best finish on the PGA Tour (1996–1997) was T-2 at the 1996 Greater Vancouver Open. At the 1996 Walt Disney World/Oldsmobile Classic on the PGA Tour, Smith had tied Tiger Woods at the end of regulation play and appeared to be heading for a playoff. It was then revealed that Smith's putter had an illegal grip and he was disqualified, giving Woods his second career win. Dishwasher Pete is the pen name for Pete Jordan, author of the popular ''Dishwasher'' zine as well as the book of the same title, whose goal was to wash dishes in every state in America. For more than a decade, he moved from city to city, state to state, washing dishes in restaurants, hospitals, cafeterias, ski resorts, camps, communes, a fish cannery, an offshore oil rig, a dinner train and just about anywhere where dishes were dirty. He was once invited to appear on the ''Late Show with David Letterman''. He did not wish to be on national television, and so a friend of his took his place on the show, pretending to be him. Andy Morse (born December 29, 1958) is an American professional golfer. Morse was born in Boston, Massachusetts. He turned professional in 1984. Morse played on the Southern Africa Tour (now the Sunshine Tour) in 1988 and 1989 and the Nationwide Tour from 1990 to 1993 and 2000 to 2005.
