Tauren Poole
Tauren Chasmaine Poole (born October 19, 1989) is a former American football running back. He played college football at Tennessee. College career Poole attended University of Tennessee from 2008 to 2011 under head coaches Phillip Fulmer, Lane Kiffin, and Derek Dooley. The 2010 season was Poole's breakout with the Volunteers. He had six games going over 100 rushing yards on the season: UT Martin, Oregon, LSU, Alabama, Memphis, and Ole Miss. In addition, he had 11 rushing touchdowns. During his career, he rushed for 1,898 yards on 423 carries and 17 touchdowns. He was awarded the Pat Tillman Award at the 2012 East–West Shrine Game. Professional career Carolina Panthers Poole was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Carolina Panthers. He later spent time with the Pittsburgh Steelers and Indianapolis Colts. A running back (RB) is a member of the offensive backfield in gridiron football. 2010 Oregon Ducks Football Team
The 2010 Oregon Ducks football team represented the University of Oregon in the 2010 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The team was led by Chip Kelly in his second season as a head coach. 2012 East–West Shrine Game
The 2012 East–West Shrine Game was the 87th staging of the all-star college football exhibition game featuring NCAA Division I Football Bowl Subdivision players and a few select invitees from Canadian university football. The game featured over 100 players from the 2011 college football season, and prospects for the 2012 Draft of the professional National Football League (NFL). In the week prior to the game, scouts from all 32 NFL teams attended. The proceeds from the East-West Shrine Game benefit Shriners Hospitals for Children. Brad Childress and Bobby Ross were named coaches on December 19, 2011. This oldest all-star game was played on January 21, 2012, at 4 p.m. ET at the Tropicana Field. Patrick Daniel Tillman Jr. (November 6, 1976 – April 22, 2004) was an American professional football player in the National Football League (NFL) who left his sports career and enlisted in the United States Army in May 2002 in the aftermath of the September 11 attacks. His service in Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as subsequent death, were the subject of national attention when he was killed in action as a result of accidental "friendly fire". Tillman joined the Army Rangers and served several combat tours before he was killed in the mountains of Afghanistan. At first, the Army reported that Tillman had been killed by enemy fire. 2010 Ole Miss Rebels Football Team
The 2010 Ole Miss Rebels football team represented the University of Mississippi during the 2010 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The team was coached by Houston Nutt, who was in his third season as the Rebels' head coach. Ole Miss has been a member of the Southeastern Conference (SEC) since the league's inception in 1932, and has participated in that conference's Western Division since its formation in 1992.
