Du Tast Lake
The Du Tast Lake is a freshwater body of the municipality of Eeyou Istchee James Bay, in the administrative region of Nord-du-Québec, in the province of Quebec, at Canada. The hydrographic slope of Lake Du Tast is accessible through the forest road to the North from Matagami and passing west of the lake. The surface of the lake is usually frozen from early November to mid-May, however, safe ice circulation is generally from mid-November to mid-April. Geography This lake has a length of , a maximum width of and an altitude of . A peninsula connected to the East bank moves westward on , giving the lake the shape of a half doughnut open to the East. The lake has 13 small islands, the main one being Kauskwepikach Island. A strip of land of wide separates the "Lake Du Tast" and the Dana Lake (Eeyou Istchee Baie-James). New Center Park
The New Center Park is a park that was added to serve as a gathering place and which hosts a summer long series of weekly events held in the New Center area. It includes outdoor movies and concerts, happy hour, summer Jazz, and regular events for families and children. It began as TastFest, then became the annual five-day CityFest food festival that occurs near Independence Day weekend in the New Center district of Detroit, Michigan. It has since become a summer long affair with the advent called "New Center Park" after the park's name. The New Center Council has constructed a center stage with a 1,000-person outdoor concert venue capable of hosting national acts in the Park at W. Carrols Restaurant Group is an American franchisee company and is the largest Burger King franchisee in the world; Carrols owns and operates over 1,000+ Burger Kings, and 55 Popeyes restaurants. The company has operated Burger Kings since 1976 in locations across 23 U.S. states. The company formerly owned the restaurant chains Pollo Tropical, Taco Cabana, and Carrols. The original Carrols chain ceased operations in the United States in the mid-1970s. The last unaffiliated Carrols Restaurants existed in Finland. The chain was eventually bought out by another Finnish fast-food chain, Hesburger. In linguistics, TAST (always written as uppercase T plus uppercase AST in subscript) is an abbreviation for the time of assertion, a secondary temporal reference in establishing tense.
