Tarek Mitri
Tarek Mitri ( ar, طارق متري; born 16 September 1950) is a Lebanese university professor, independent politician and former government minister. Early life and education Mitri was born on 16 September 1950. He has a PhD. in political science from the University of Paris X. Career Mitri served as a visiting professor in several international institutions. He has extensive experience promoting Christian-Muslim relations and has published on the subject. Mitri was environment and administrative development minister in 2005. He was minister of culture and foreign minister in the cabinet formed by Fouad Siniora in 2005. He was appointed information minister to the cabinet led by then prime minister Fouad Siniora on 11 July 2008 and the following government of Saad Hariri in 2009. Tripoli, Lebanon
Tripoli ( ar, طرابلس/ALA-LC: ''Ṭarābulus'', Lebanese Arabic: ''Ṭrablus'') is the largest city in northern Lebanon and the second-largest city in the country. Situated north of the capital Beirut, it is the capital of the North Governorate and the Tripoli District. Walid Daouk
Walid Daouk (Arabic: وليد الداعوق; born 1958) is a Lebanese lawyer, businessman and politician. He served as information minister between June 2011 and February 2014. Early life and education Daouk was born into a Sunni family, the Daouk Family, in 1958. He received a bachelor's degree in Lebanese law from Saint Joseph University. He also obtained a master's degree in French law from the same university. Career Daouk is a board member of various companies. Yacoub Sarraf
Yacoub Riad Sarraf ( ar, يعقوب رياض الصراف; born 1961) is a Lebanese politician. He was born in the town of Miniara in the Akkar district of northern Lebanon. Biography Sarraf, who is a Greek Orthodox Christian, has degrees in civil engineering and architecture from the American University of Beirut. He has two children. Sarraf worked for companies in Greece, France and Lebanon before being named governor of Beirut in 1999. In 2003 he became governor of Mount Lebanon. Wiam Maher Najib Wahhab ( ar, وئام وهاب; born on 11 October 1964) is a Lebanese Druze politician and journalist from Jahlieh, Chouf District, and the founder of the Arab Unification Party.
