Taras Mishchuk
Taras Viktorovych Mishchuk ( uk, Тарас Вікторович Міщук; born 22 July 1995) is a Ukrainian sprint canoeist. He is the 2016 Olympic bronze medalist in the C-2 1000 metres event, the 2015 World bronze medalist in C-2 500 metres, and the 2015 European champion in C-2 1000 m. Mishchuk competes together with Dmytro Ianchuk. Dubno ( uk, Ду́бно) is a city and municipality located on the Ikva River in Rivne Oblast (province) of western Ukraine. It serves as the administrative center of Dubno Raion (district). The city is located on intersection of two major European routes, E40 and E85. The city is estimated to have a population of . It is located within the historic region of Volhynia.
