Tanya Kim
Tanya Kim is a Canadian television personality, best known as the co-host of '' etalk'' from 2003 to 2014. Early life Kim was born and raised in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario to Korean immigrant parents. Her grandmother moved from Seoul to Canada to raise Kim and her older brother, Richard. She studied classical piano and dance, and attended Sherry Walsh Academy of Dance Arts and Davey Dance Company in Sault Ste. Marie. Kim graduated from Sir James Dunn Collegiate and Vocational School and attended Ryerson Polytechnic University, graduating from the journalism program, specializing in broadcasting. While at Ryerson, she volunteered at campus station CKLN-FM as an announcer and voice over artist, and worked as an intern at MuchMusic. ''Glitter'' is a 2001 American romantic musical drama film starring Mariah Carey and rapper Da Brat, written by Kate Lanier, and directed by Vondie Curtis Hall. ''Instant Star'' is a Canadian musical comedy-drama television series which aired from 15 September 2004 to 26 June 2008. The series starred Alexz Johnson as teenage singing competition winner Jude Harrison. The show chronicles Harrison's experience in the recording industry whilst focusing on character development. Linda Schuyler and Stephen Stohn of Epitome Pictures produced the show. The show began to air on CTV in Canada before being picked up by the American network Noggin for its teen-oriented block, The N. ''Puppets Who Kill'' is a Canadian television comedy programme produced by PWK Productions and originally broadcast on The Comedy Network.
