Tambourine Studios
Tambourine Studios is a recording studio in the centre of Malmö, Sweden. It was set up by members of the Swedish band Eggstone and has been running since 1991. The studio is best known for The Cardigans albums, which were almost all recorded there. Besides Eggstone themselves, other bands to have recorded there are Bob hund, Envelopes, Cloudberry Jam, Divine Dennis, Green and Lady Lynette as well as international artists such as Saint Etienne, Good shoes and Tom Jones. Lawsuits Besides being a recording studio Tambourine Studios also handled the economy of several bands and artists, something that resulted in seven lawsuits among the artists and the studio. It started in June 2010 when Timbuktu claimed that 4,9 million Swedish krona had disappeared from his account and been transferred to other artists' companies. Malmö
Malmö (, ; da, Malmø ) is the largest city in the Swedish county (län) of Scania (Skåne). The Hives
The Hives are a Swedish rock band that rose to prominence in the early 2000s during the garage rock revival. Their mainstream success came with the release of the album '' Veni Vidi Vicious'', containing the single "Hate to Say I Told You So". The band has been acclaimed by music critics as one of the best live rock bands. ''Aftonbladet'' (, lit. "The evening paper") is a Swedish daily newspaper published in Stockholm, Sweden. It is one of the largest daily newspapers in the Nordic countries. Malmö District Court
Malmö District Court ( sv, Malmö tingsrätt) is a law court in Malmö, Sweden whose jurisdiction includes the municipalities of Burlöv, Malmö and Vellinge. Malmö District Court comes under the Court of Appeal for Skåne and Blekinge. In 2014 a building in which part of the court operates was targeted by a bomb which caused minor damage. Later the same year another more powerful bomb planted at the entrance by unknown perpetrators. The second bomb was so powerful that it destroyed its entrance and damaged windows and balconies of nearby buildlings but no people were hurt. As a result, the wisdom of placing the court building of a volatile city in a residential area was questioned by officials. The Soundtrack of Our Lives, often abbreviated T.S.O.O.L., was a Swedish rock band that formed in Gothenburg in 1995 and disbanded in 2012. Weeping Willows
Weeping Willows is a Swedish indie rock group that started in 1995. History The band's first two albums are primarily influenced by the popular music of the late 1950s to early 1960s. With their third album ''Into the Light'', Weeping Willows took a stylistic turn towards a more modern sound with alternative rock leanings. Singer Magnus Carlson has also made albums as a solo artist and sang with fellow Swedish band West End Girls on a cover of the Pet Shop Boys' single " What Have I Done to Deserve This?" in 2008. Europe is a Swedish rock band formed in Upplands Väsby in 1979, by frontman Joey Tempest, guitarist John Norum, bassist Peter Olsson, and drummer Tony Reno.
