Tamara Miansarova
Tamara Grigoryevna Miansarova (née Remnyova, russian: Тамара Григорьевна Миансарова, links=no; 5 March 1931 – 12 July 2017) was a Soviet Ukrainian lyric soprano, pop singer and professor of Russian Academy of Theatre Arts, best known for her hit ''May There Always Be Sunshine''. Biography She was born on March 5, 1931, in Zinovievsk. She received her education at a music school attached to the Minsk Conservatory, which she graduated in 1951. In the same year she entered the piano department of the Moscow Conservatory (class of Lev Oborin). She died on July 12, 2017, in Moscow. Kropyvnytskyi ( uk, Кропивницький, Kropyvnytskyi ) is a city in central Ukraine on the Inhul river with a population of . It is an administrative center of the Kirovohrad Oblast. Over its history, Kropyvnytskyi has changed its name several times. The settlement was known as Yelysavethrad ( uk, Єлисаветград, links=no ) after Empress Elizabeth of Russia () from 1752 to 1924 as well as simply Elysavet. Letkajenkka, also known as Letkajenkaa in English and many other languages, is a Finnish dance. History of the music genre letkajenkka/letkis Letkajenkka / letkis is a music genre and a general noun as well as two songs by the same name ("Letkajenkka" and "Letkis") as proper nouns, after which the genre got its name; jenkka, on the other hand, is a general noun, a music and dance genre like waltz. The popular music genre and the ensuing dance craze were at their hottest during 1963–1965. Letkajenkka is based on the idea of performing Jenkka music using non-traditional instruments.
