Tam Wai-ho
Samson Tam Wai-ho, JP () (born 26 February 1964 in Hong Kong) was an elected member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong ( Functional constituency, Information Technology) from 2008 to 2012. He is the chairman and one of the founders of Group Sense (International) Limited, the manufacturer of " Instant-Dict" () Chinese- English electronic dictionary. He graduated from Chinese University of Hong Kong with a BSc degree. Afterwards he was awarded a PhDbr>degreeby Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He received "The Young Industrialist Award of Hong Kong" in 1992 and was named one of the “ Ten Outstanding Young Persons” in 1997. He is also the president of Kitchee SC. Samson won the seat of functional constituency (information technology) in the Legislative Council of Hong Kong election in the year 2008, defeating Charles Mok, by 35 votes. Sin Chung Kai
Sin Chung-kai (; born 15 June 1960) is a former member of the Hong Kong Legislative Council. He was the chairman and a member of Kwai Tsing District Council for the Wah Lai constituency. He was one of the two vice-chairmen of the Democratic Party until December 2012, and now serves as a member of the Executive Committee. Early career In 1982, Sin obtained his bachelor's degree at the University of Hong Kong, where he served as the Current Affairs Secretary of the Student Union. Democratic development in Hong Kong has been a major issue since its transfer of sovereignty to the People's Republic of China in 1997. The one country, two systems principle allows Hong Kong to enjoy high autonomy in all areas besides foreign relations and defence, which are responsibilities of the central government. Hong Kong's Basic Law, also adopted after the 1997 handover, allowed residents to vote for local district councillors and directly elect about half of the region's legislators at the time. Kitchee Sports Club (; ; ) is a Hong Kong professional Association football, football club based in Kowloon. It was founded in 1931 and currently competes in the Hong Kong Premier League. The club has won championships in Hong Kong 11 times, including 6 Hong Kong First Division titles and 5 Hong Kong Premier League titles. Ten Outstanding Young Persons of the World (TOYP) program serves to formally recognize young people who excel in their chosen fields and exemplify the best attributes of the world's young people. The program is sponsored by Junior Chamber International (JCI). Young men and women may be nominated in one of ten categories.
