Tall Heights
Tall Heights is an electrofolk duo based in Boston, USA. The group was formed in 2009 and consists of the singer/guitarist Tim Harrington and the singer/cellist Paul Wright. Tours have also had the percussionist/singer Paul Dumas. Their albums are ''Man of Stone'', ''Neptune'' and ''Pretty Colors For Your Actions''. Biography Harrington and Wright met in their home town of Sturbridge, Massachusetts. They began busking in Boston, keeping their songs to the essential elements to make them easier to perform on the street. Shortly thereafter, Ryan Montbleau took the band under his wing after watching them perform at the Lizard Lounge Open Mic Challenge in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Ben Folds
Benjamin Scott Folds (born September 12, 1966) is an American singer-songwriter, musician, and composer, who is the first artistic advisor to the National Symphony Orchestra at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C., since May 2017. Folds was the frontman and pianist of the alternative rock trio Ben Folds Five from 1993 to 2000, and again in the early 2010s during their reunion. He has recorded a number of solo albums and performed live as a solo artist. Pavo Pavo is an American indie pop quintet from Brooklyn, New York, United States, formed in 2015 and consisting of Eliza Bagg (vocals, violin, synthesizers), Oliver Hill (vocals, guitar, synthesizers), Ian Romer (vocals, bass), Peter Coccoma (guitar), and Noah Hecht (drums). He and his family immigrated to the United States in 1986 and he was raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Isakov's music combines indie and folk, featuring instruments such as the guitar and banjo. Shook Twins is a folk music group originally from Sandpoint, Idaho and currently based in Portland, Oregon, formed in 2004. The nucleus of the band consists of identical twin sisters Katelyn (guitar, mandolin, banjo, glockenspiel, telephone microphone) and Laurie Shook (banjo, guitar, tambourine, golden egg). Their style of music incorporates acoustic instrumentation including banjo, guitar, mandolin, glockenspiel, and their signature golden egg. Lola Marsh ( he, לולה מארש) is an Israeli indie pop band from Tel Aviv. The band was formed as a duo in 2013 by Gil Landau (guitars, keyboards) and Yael Shoshana Cohen (vocals), and was quickly signed by the indie label Anova Music. The group released their first EP, ''You're Mine'', under Universal Records-Barclay in January 2016. History Gil Landau and Yael Shoshana Cohen met in Tel Aviv through mutual friends.
