is a social activist, journalist, accountant and politician who is the founder and leader of . A former assemblyman for the Funabashi City Assembly and the Katsushika Ward Assembly, he was elected to the House of Councillors in the July 2019 regular election on his party's proportional representation list. Schizophrenia is a mental disorder characterized by continuous or relapsing episodes of psychosis.
