is a Japanese judoka. He began judo at the age of 5. He is Coached by former world champion and olympic silver medalist Shinichi Shinohara. He won the All-Japan Championships and took the bronze medal at the World Championships in 2009. His greatest achievement to date is winning the 2010 World Champions in Tokyo. Chisaka Takamasa
was a Japanese samurai of the late Edo period who went on to become a soldier, government official, and businessman in the Meiji era. He served as a ''karō'' in the Yonezawa Domain's administration. Biography Takamasa was born in 1841 to a prominent samurai family in Akita Prefecture of the Yonezawa Domain. He was the firs son of Takaaki Chisaka, who was the chief retainer of the Yonezawa clan. Government service Takamasa entered official service in 1863 and five years later, in 1863, he was given command of the ''han'' military force. He was promoted as a ''dai-sanji'' (chief councilor) in 1870 and later accompanied the clan lord Shigenori Uesugi on his European tour. When he returned to Japan in 1875, he served in the government's Home Ministry. It is noted that his position in the ministry was not secure due to his Yonezawa roots. Takamasa Yoshizaka
, family name also romanized as Yosizaka, was a Japanese architect and former president of the Architectural Institute of Japan and a keen mountaineer. After graduating from university, he worked at Le Corbusier's atelier in Paris for two years working on projects in France and India. After his return to Japan, he collaborated on Le Corbusier's National Museum of Western Art in Tokyo in 1959. He set up his own practice called Atelier U in 1964. He proposed a theory of ''Discontinuous Unity'' and translated many of Le Corbusier's works from French into Japanese.
