''Tailored for Now'' (subtitled ''Eleven R&B Super Jams'') is the third studio album by Australian R&B and pop group CDB, and first in 20 years. The album was announced on 10 April, with band member Gary Pinto stating: "This new album allows us to share with our audience a very special time in our lives. The artists we pay tribute to on this album and their culture was our inspiration. Having this opportunity to showcase these songs, put our own flavour into them and bring them into today is a really special thing." The album was released on 28 April 2017. CDB (band)
CDB are an Australian Contemporary R&B, R&B, Dance music, dance and vocal harmony quartet formed in 1991 with Andrew De Silva, Brad Pinto and his brother Gary Pinto, as well as Danny Williams. CDB is an initialism which stands for Central Dandenong Boys. Their highest charting single was a cover version of Earth, Wind & Fire's "Let's Groove", which peaked at number two on the ARIA Charts, ARIA Singles Chart and number one on the Official New Zealand Music Chart, New Zealand Singles Chart. "Hey Girl (This Is Our Time)" also reached number one in New Zealand. Their debut studio album, ''Glide with Me'' was released in November 1995. The group disbanded in 1999. The compact disc (CD) is a Digital media, digital optical disc data storage format that was co-developed by Philips and Sony to store and play digital audio recordings.
