Taicheng Subdistrict
Taicheng Subdistrict () is a subdistrict which serves as the capital of the county-level city of Taishan, Jiangmen, Guangdong Province, China. The subdistrict lies on the right bank of the Pearl River Delta in Guangdong. History The area of present-day Taicheng Subdistrict has been continuously incorporated since 1499, when the area was incorporated as Xinning City (). In 1891, the Presbyterian Church of America constructed a chapel on the main thoroughfare of Tai Xi Road, which was reconstructed in elegant red-brick in 1922 with a capacity of 300. In 1906, under the oversight of Chin Gee Hee, the Sun Ning Railway Company began building a railway to connect Sunning (Xinning) County to its northern and southern neighbors. On March 1, 1909, the Sunning Railway Station () was opened in what is now the subdistrict. Sijiu is a town in the southwest Guangdong Province in Southern China. It is under the administration of Taishan County in Jiangmen Prefecture. Shenzhen–Zhanjiang High-speed Railway
The Shenzhen–Zhanjiang railway is a high-speed railway across the south of Guangdong province. Currently it runs from Jiangmen to Zhanjiang West. It will link the cities of Shenzhen and Zhanjiang when complete. History Announced as part of the 12th Five Year Plan for 2011–2016, it was projected that construction of this railway would begin. Taishan railway station () is a railway station located in Nankeng Village, Taicheng Subdistrict, Taishan, Jiangmen, Guangdong Province, China.
