Tadas Kumeliauskas
Tadas Kumeliauskas (born 11 December 1990) is a Lithuanian professional ice hockey player for EV Landshut of the German DEL2. Playing career On 9 September 2013, Kumeliauskas signed a 1+1 deal with TPS of the Finnish Liiga debut playing with them during the 2013–14 Liiga season. On 14 January 2014, he extended his contract with the team. On 8 July 2017, Kumeliauskas signed a tryout agreement with Dynamo Pardubice of Czech Extraliga. On 23 November 2017, he signed a four-game contract with Dresdner Eislöwen of the German DEL2. On 1 December 2017, his contract was extended. Elektrėnai () is a city of about 11,000 inhabitants in Lithuania; since 2000 it has been the capital of the Elektrėnai Municipality. It is situated between the two largest cities in Lithuania – Vilnius and Kaunas. History Elektrėnai is one of the newest towns of Lithuania, having been established during the Soviet times as the living space for workers of the nearby power plant. The name of the new town was derived from word "elektrinė" (English: ''electric plant''). Most of the buildings in Elektrėnai are large monolith housing projects built during the Soviet times and there are no historical buildings. 2013–14 Liiga Season
The 2013–14 Liiga season is the 39th season of the Liiga (formerly SM-liiga), the top level of ice hockey in Finland, since the league's formation in 1975. The title was won by Kärpät who defeated Tappara in the finals. This was the first season in which the league was officially known as "Liiga", having dropped the "SM" prefix. It was also the last season in the Liiga for Jokerit, which joined the Russia-based Kontinental Hockey League after the season.
