T.U. Kuruvila
Thombrayil Uthup Kuruvilla is a politician from Kerala, India. He was born at Oonjappara, Kothamangalam, Kerala, on 13 September 1936, to Uthuppu and Mariyam. He did his Diploma in Civil Engineering. He is a well known Agriculturist and businessman. He got elected to Kerala Legislative Assembly consecutively in 2006 and 2011 from Kothamangalam constituency. Kuruvilla served as Public Works Minister in the government led by V. S. Achuthanandan for a short period. He belongs to Kerala Congress (Mani), and represented Kothamangalam from 2006 to 2016 in legislative assembly of Kerala. Kuruvilla belongs to Syriac Orthodox Church and served as its Lay Secretary for quite a long time. The Kerala Police is the law enforcement agency for the Indian state of Kerala. Kerala Police has its headquarters in Thiruvananthapuram, the state capital. Kerala Public Works Department (KPWD) is a department under the government of the state of Kerala, India. It manages the construction and maintenance of civil structures owned by the government viz; government buildings, government owned hospitals (part of the public health system), roads, bridges etc. The KPWD was formed in 1956 following reorganization of states. Monce Joseph
Mons Joseph (born 30 May 1964) is an Indian politician and lawyer. He belongs to Kerala Congress led by P. J. Joseph. He had been the Minister for Public Works from 18 October 2007 till his resignation for his party chairman P. J. Joseph to become the minister. Elected from Kaduthuruthy constituency in 2006, 2011, 2016 and 2021. On 19 March 2021, he and his colleague P. J. Munnar
Munnar () is a town and hill station in the Idukki district of the southwestern Indian state of Kerala. Munnar is situated at around above mean sea level, in the Western Ghats mountain range. Raju Narayanaswamy (born 24 May 1968) is an Indian Administrative Service officer and whistleblower. A district collector for five Kerala districts during his career, Narayanaswamy was one of several IAS officers chosen by former chief minister V. S. Achuthanandan to investigate corruption in the state. He was transferred many times during his career, and has been compared to fellow IAS officer and whistleblower Ashok Khemka.
