T.V. Rajesh
T. V. Rajesh (born 11 January 1974) is an Indian politician from the state of Kerala, and a former member of the Legislative Assembly of Kerala. He represented the Kalliasseri constituency of Kerala and is a member of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) (CPI(M)). Rajesh was the president of the DYFI Kerala state committee, and also a state committee member of the CPI(M). Early life T. V. Rajesh was born to Chandukutty and Madhavi at Kulapuram, Kannur district. He did his schooling in Cheruthazham High School and subsequently completed his pre-degree and bachelor's degree in Political Science from Payyanur College, Kannur. Kalliasseri is a census town in Kannur district in the Indian state of Kerala. Kalliaseri Panchayat comprises two villages: Kalliasseri and Irinave. Democratic Youth Federation Of India
Democratic Youth Federation of India (DYFI) is a youth organisation in India. It was founded in its inaugural conference held from 1–3 November 1980 at Shaheed Kartar Singh Saraba village in Ludhiana, Punjab. DYFI identifies itself to be an independent organisation. Former West Bengal chief minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee who was a former secretary of Bengal fraction, and a founder Central Committee member of DYFI, Manik Sarkar – the former chief minister of Tripura – was a vice president of the organisation, and M. 2016 Kerala Legislative Assembly Election
The 2016 Kerala Legislative Assembly election was held on 16 May 2016 to elect 140 MLAs to the 14th Kerala Legislative Assembly. Voter turnout was 77.53%, up from 75.12% in the previous election. The result was declared on 19 May 2016. The Left Democratic Front (LDF), led by Communist Party of India (Marxist) (CPI(M)), won the election, defeating the incumbent United Democratic Front (UDF), led by the Indian National Congress (INC), which could only win 47 seats in the election. Kannur (), formerly known in English as Cannanore, is a city and a municipal corporation in the state of Kerala, India.
